ANNOUNCEMENTS – OCTOBER 28, 2018

- St. Thomas A.M.E. Church, will celebrate their 126th Anniversary, at 3:00 P.M. today. Baconton is in charge of this program; Pastor Scott will preach, the deacons and ushers will serve, and the BMBC Voices will sing. Everyone is invited to attend.

- We are EXCITED about the turnouts we had at our state-wide prayer meetings for the political candidates of the great state of Georgia! The last meeting will be 7:00 P.M., October 30th at Baconton. Everyone is highly encouraged come out and join together in prayer.

Early Voting: This is the last week (October 29th - November 2nd) 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
National Election Day, November 6th - 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

- Pleasant Grove A.M.E. Church will have a Camp Meeting Revival, October 29th - November 2nd at 7:00 P.M. Baconton’s deacons are asked to assist with devotion/praise & worship and offering on Monday the 29th. Everyone is invited to attend.

- First Calvary Baptist Church, Hinesville will host a Fall Revival, October 29th - November 2nd at 7:30 P.M. The Guest Speaker is Dr. Sam Davis, Pastor of Beulah Grove Baptist Church, Augusta.

- Our Annual Fall Festival will be Wednesday, October 31st, starting at 6:00 P.M. We need help with candy, so please help us by continuing to bring candy. Our festival is the alternative to Halloween, so we don’t have to worry about “trick or treat,” because we only have “treats,” at Baconton. Please note -- we will have 12:00 P.M. Bible Study on the 31st, but none at 7:30 P.M. because of the festival.

REMINDERS:
- The Homeless Coalition and the City of Hinesville are sponsoring an ongoing Diaper Drive. Baconton is a collection point so please help by donating as many diapers as possible.

- Our Youth Ministry is sponsoring tutoring/homework help, from 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. each Wednesday; a light meal will be provided.
